Most "green" countries are considered stereo-typically "lazy". Lazy by those, who can't understand slow work, irregular work or evenly switching between rest and productive days. For me it's interesting that Turkey is in the "red" zone. Probably this has to do with weak separation between work and rest life, which is prominent in family/clan business. And I understand value of common culture. It's like a universal contract which can be easily adopted by a group of people (just like it's easier to start coding new project in a popular framework, than in a custom framework). But I don't think there's such strong thing as a universal culture adopted by all people. For this reason I don't believe in "ideal society" or universal ideology. Good cultures (= stable and valuing individual spirit) are limited by ethnic, class and intellectual contexts.
