Deep thought
If I ever say that I can win against a lion, everyone will mock.
But we are from a species , where we literally survived not just lion, but all those 100s of predators for 1000s of years without the modern science, proper education, or even basic necessities.
It's almost a miracle if you look at the big picture.
Why such a week beings like us survived this far and why not the stronger predators not ruling us.
Some other species also have unity, survival instincts etc in their nature.
So what makes us different? We aren't just surviving. We even developed a lot over the centuries from basic tools to rockets.
What exactly differentiates us?
We have a creative imagination. We imagine stuffs a lot. At the core this is also our survival and advancing skill.
When faced against a lion, we have few options :
1) either to accept the absolute fact that it's a stronger can't-win predator
2) fight for pride
3) FINDING A WAY
3 is the reason for us to survive and advance as a civilisation.
But when faced with an absolute fact how do we do 3? It's not an instinct on triggering a survival mechanism.
So how exactly?
To be DELUSIONAL
We first believe "we can" as a possibility and take action towards it.
One sees a bird and was delusional that he could fly. he created aeroplane.
One delusional thought that we can talk over long distance invented telephone.
So what's beyond delusion that they all had in common?
Trust in that delusion more than seeing it as a possibility, trust in the process, more than trust they loved doing that and topped it off with their determination.
To cut short:
To innovate, to change the world, to revolutionize all starts with some delusion. If u are delusional, u are great. So what's the cumulative order for satisfaction/ success / reaching a goal?
Delusion + Passion + Action + Observation + Determination + Consistency and repeat
The journey will be cruel yet fun at the same time depending on your perspective. The journey will satisfy the soul more than the boring end goal.
If delusion is worth 100 points, then
Passion is 10x, action is 1000x, determination is 100x and consistency is 10000000000x.
Start small, one step at a time if u feel things are hard.
This post is for those who struggle to get started with their dreams and also to my future self.
TLDR:
Being delusional opens more ways to be pragmatic if u take action for it and we humans often call it as INNOVATION.
Being weak means we find ways to do stuff which we might not think of if we are strong. Weakness is a boon for humanity
