Are all future wars won or lost based on the relative closeness your AI models knowledge are to the present moment. A latency of 1 hour could literally cost you a battle or lose you arbitrage opp etc. I assume there is a future of some kind where AI models will integrate events almost realtime into their systems - anything less is death. The art of humanity will be the deception of AI in real time with events that portray one outcome but are a cloak and shield to our true intentions. Our creativity is really our only hope to coexist.

This El Salvador passport offer is very strange. They say they want builders but they want 1 mill USD donation to the govt (because we know how amazing govts are at spending money). If you are serious about attracting builders then allow them to allocate their own capital into the country to grow services.
