Agreed however to disempower these institutions will require a mental reboot and either a populist uprising or a massive exodus of capital. Probably both. I know many bitcoiners are choosing to 'stay and fight' inside western democracies however I don't think it's achievable. You would have to majorly disrupt/infect the state based education apparatus and that is IMO a lost cause. Far better to raise up developing countries, ween them off IMF, develop sound money principles, bring in our capital, innovate and build productive assets there, create wealth and local jobs.
