You cannot have enough freezer meat. We are halfway through the full beef from last fall, and we had just enough space to load in this full hog today. We yielded 85kg of products including the cuts, skin, kidney fat, trim fat, feet, and neck bones. Support your local farmers and butchers!

learning to drive stick created a few "oh shit" moments for me. the worst was only a few days after receiving my graduated driving license with restrictions. my best friend and I drove over to another friends house at night and after driving past the friends house, I pulled into a drive way to turn around on the residential street. I didn't think quickly and stop myself, I urched nose first down a steep driveway that ended at their overhead garage door. I slammed my foot into the brakes as my back tires came across the sidewalk, stalling the car. I fired up my red Vista Eagle and attempted to make way out and back up the driveway onto the road, but I stalled the car and further down the short driveway I went, inches from the garage door. I thought I was finished. I looked to my best friend and I said, this is it, here we go. I reset myself and backed up the driveway, onto the road, without incident and parked infront of my friends house. memories! View quoted note →
