2025 gave me the opportunity to practice patience. it also reminded me that absolutely nothing grows in the comfort zone and that true comfort can only be earned through honest effort…

You don’t invest in bitcoin. You save in a way that preserves the value of your energy over long periods of time… It’s empowering to know that time spent working today is not wasted, but transformed into a monetary tool, a currency I can exchange for goods and services in the future…

Reality is where your feet are. The rest is all imaginary, based mostly on memories of the past and some consensus-based rules… image

Call me stupid but I think the stock market is an over-romanticized gambling site for adults.

"Your goal in life should be to reduce the amount of time it takes you to get out of a bad state." The ability to bounce back quickly is a key skill in life. My wife once told me, "When you're five, you can be mad for a day. When you're ten, you can be mad for an hour. By the time you're thirty, you get ten minutes—and then you have to move on." Life is full of moments of frustration and disappointment. Growth and maturity is learning to pull yourself out of a bad state faster." - from James Clear's 3-2-1.

the more you contemplate the idea of a world on a bitcoin standard, the more you start to believe it may well be the solution to the world’s chaos.

does saving really hinder the economy that much? when you buy a good or service, you consume (subtract) it from the economy. when you provide goods or services, you produce for (add to) the economy. a saving society is one that produces and abstains from consuming unnecessarily. in other words, humans are adding more than they subtract from their environment.
