Fitness made simple:
🏋🏻♂️ lifting weights: going above 80% in 6-10 sets (will explain below)
🚶🏽moderately active throughout the day (10-12k steps)
🥩 160-200g ruminant protein daily (2lbs of 85/15 gbeef will do the job)
🥕 prioritize single-ingredient high-quality foods (potatoes, carrots, eggs, butter, fruits, honey).
☀️ sunlight on eyes and skin first thing in the morning
this may be obvious to some but i’ll say it anyways:
