Bittorrent DHT is great. It is probably the best you could possibly do. People have misinterpreted my recent post. I'm trying to counter the belief that "pubkey is uncensorable and nostr is censorable". In fact they are on the the same order of uncensorability. Yes, pubky is better on this, but not by as much as people seem to think. They both have the same requirements (have to start somewhere) and from that starting point, both of them can get what you want, nostr being more hit-and-miss though.
