the computer shop hasn't figured it out yet and now they are closed for the weekend. maybe I should buy another nvme at the other computer shop (no service but open on weekends) and put it in my gaming rig and try to set up Debian on it. Just one slot so I can't refer to my old files yet.

well my rebuilt computer failed to post. now I have to wait for technicians to diagnose.. we should start a betting market... momory mismatch? power supply? some cable not seated?

well my desktop is now dead. might be a day before I build a new one and get back online properly. until then, I'm using primal on my phone.

Just FYI, Israel is undergoing a military operation against Palestine right now, against Jenin in the West Bank. Yesterday they released 90 of their hostages in a hostage swap, today they captured 64 new ones from a mosque including a 7 year old kid. They never stop. Why anybody trusts them or has any hope about this situation eludes me. Plenty of other news is overshadowing this story.
