This is a great solo podcast by Robert Grant. Especially interesting to me are his remarks on water fasting and its effect of 'raising' you level of consciousness. Water fasting means 'no food, only water' for a few days. Although counterintuitive, I also agree from my personal experience that it INCREASES your energy levels. The other aspect he keeps on repeating is NO JUDGEMENT. It really is a toughy. But it's essential for your 'spiritual development'. Be aware of how it makes you feel, when you judge other people's behaviors. And see how it feels, if you just let it be and focus steadfastly on being the change you'd like to see. Then take the decision for your next move.

Of course I'd like to offer my Wim Hof method workshops for BTC. But being a certified instructor and in order to offer through wimhofmethod.com, it comes with some limitations. The Wim Hof team uses Stripe as their payment service. So, I researched ... ... and lo and behold Stripe did offer Bitcoin payments back in the day. Buuut, they scraped it in April 2018 because of its volatility and stated that overall they are very optimistic about "cryptocurrencies" as a future payment method. And today, in line with the current political trend, Stripe again offers payments in "cryptocurrencies" ... for U.S. customers and only in "USDC on Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon or in USDP on Ethereum and Solana". Wonderful. The reality is, for most people Bitcoin is in the best case a stale store of value. So, my goal is to soon in addition offer very targeted "Bennu Breath" workshops and retreats on my own website. Naturally payable in BTC 🏄‍♀️ Water always finds away.

This is an actual new initiative in Germany. The 'Counseling Compass Conspiracy-Thinking'. It's a website and counseling call center for people who feel like they are victims of conspiracy theories in their family or friendship circles. It's funded by the German Ministry of Interior and Ministry for Family Affairs. I chose to work/be at the seaside today. Marvelous weather. In the distance is a shepherd with his flock and he's collecting wild herbs from the meadows for dinner. Sounds romantic and cute? It is. You want to continue to tell yourself, backed by the 'facts', that 'not everybody in the world can live like that'? The truth is we DON'T WANT to live like that.
