This is a touching video! A participant's account of the 2025 Wim Hof Winter Expedition in Poland visualized. It shows the whole breadth of the effect of the method. It's not about how cool and strong you are defying the cold and how long you can be without breath. It's about lifting the veils formed by your own thinking mind. Because this is what prevents you from being a free, happy, creative, and loving human being. The Wim Hof Method is about consciously discovering your mind and body, and then going beyond your self-imposed limitations, your conditionings and fears, towards health and love. THIS is the freedom revolution, the next Renaissance.

For my personal yoga practice the absolute biggest inspiration is Ty Landrum. He embodies modern yoga 100%. Gentle, yet strong and fully integrated into the ancient philosophy. Don't get discouraged by his demo videos, they are INSANE 😄 But he also offers challenging, but very manageable online & offline courses. I feel like reborn after a one-hour session. Highly recommend!
