My Wim Hof Morning Routine
This is my preferred Wim Hof breathing and stretching routine in the morning. There's no fixed structure to follow though.
In the course of your practice, for example following the Wim Hof Fundamentals video course, you'll get to know your mind and body better and better. And over time you'll find out how you prefer to do your breathing exercise, when to do your cold plunges and what stretching you like to add to your routine. Of course you can also adjust depending on how you feel and what's going on that day. Try not to miss making it a daily habit though. Your future self will thank you!
