Maybe if I try this, maybe if I do that, maybe this will fix it. Well, maybe.. But if you’re coming at it from wrong mindset it’s only going to add your sense of diminishing. The answer is simple, even if it is not easy. Slow down. Relax, stop fussing with yourself. Take it easy. Move your body in a fun way and think the highest possible through you can.
