I want to thank @EVAN KALOUDIS at @ZEUS for personally responding to my customer support. The wallet won't connect to peers even after leaving it open overnight with a new block sync running for ten hours. From what I can tell in the logs the wallet is at the current block height, I can ping the peers but the rpc errors show no peers connected, and the channel state stays offline with no peers. The onchain balance shows zero and a rescan didn't work because no neutrino pairs connected. I guess this gives me the chance to learn how to recover on chain funds in another instance or with Sparrow. I didn't have a big balance in lightning but I will try and see if I can recover. Remember to always backup your funds friends.

Hey @ZEUS I sent a support email a few days ago. I have some payments I need to make and am not trusting that opening a new channel with Olympus is going to work given that my embedded node won't connect to peers and has lots of rpc error. Need some clarity on my channel. How long does support take?
