Pastor search is going well. Found us a theologically-sound firebrand of a preacher.
What follows is TMI, unless you're a parent.
Our 8 yo has had a stomach bug for a couple of days--and all that that implies. His older brother (12) warned him to 'never trust a fart' (we call them 'gamblers') -- so every now and then, the 8 yo runs to the toilet, with much ado, yelling 'never trust it! never trust it!' ...and then a few minutes later, proceeds to announce, LOUDLY, what the 'outcome' of the event was. 😂😂
Kids are built-in entertainment.
