people are complaining about social media, doomscrolling etc.
But imagine you don't meditate or read at all and its just your mind with thoughts and negative self talk- just like the worst content. Tiring.
That's why people meditate, fast, pray etc.

Although I like Instagram layout I also like decentralisation. Here on #Nostr I can be more sure that posts will be here.
Zuckerberg delete Instagram and all content is gone.
Delete #primal or #amethyst and content still will be here on other #Nostr clients or relays.
Nostr adoption can be possible when more people will be positng non-bitcoin content, more life-like content, more posts from areas other than tech.
It's still very techy space :) π
