Me trying to be as sober in this life as possible almost as if it would be my main quest here and then I hear very famous podcasters (whom I like) officially admitted they do cocaine on everyday basis... What am I doing here? 😁 ... Maybe ultimately it's just matter of definition... after all coffee and cocaine both comes from nature 😁 (Never try the latter! God forbid)

So it's -12 at where I am now - with these temperatures ice baths are not necessary. So the plan is simple: 5-10 minutes outside with no jacket on and then warm bath. Have a great day all!

New essay is ready! I was hesitant to publish it- my perspective can be not sufficiently objective, I was thinking. But then I tried to connect dots, link motifs, old and new phenomenons, compared all of it - and the result is the next essay on that matter. Clarissa Pinkola Estes stated that all components in any story can be interpreted as many parts of the same psychological profile (one person).
