This whole ultra hype around the spot ETF is the SEC’s fault to begin with. Had they just approved Grayscale or ARK earlier in 2021/2022 with remarks and matters they would like to see resolved, the hype would NEVER have been so high as it is now. By constant rejection, reluctance and delaying the inevitable until the definitive deadline, they have heavily contributed to this hype for approval … AND they even freaking managed to get their Xitter account compromised within 24 hours of the actual deadline!!
