I really hope someone can explain how there is some missing context or something. If you are not free to choose a potentially competitive endeavor then you are not free to cooperate, everyone is simply coerced & enslaved & there is no cooperation at all. The harsh truth is that Bitcoin's current lack of maturity & the almost nonexistant market of support hardware makes it completely useless for anyone in real emergency situations. It was useless in most of western NC when power & internet were wiped out & it has been useless in Iran with the internet down for weeks. Iranians need to be able to stop funding their oppressors, both at home & in the West. They need #Bitcoin. We need some sort of crazy development of pirate internet devices that can be easily built by anyone with basic supplies, or we need software that can be installed on common devices that can make them into pirate internet devices with simple accessories. Maybe we need small 3dprinted satellites that can be made to focus signal with aluminum foil or aluminum tape as a skin...? But is there widely available radio hardware that can be used to transform small satellites into something useful beyond beaming wifi communucations between two people? We need real development of internet & communication tools that are easy to use & truly cannot be disrupted. Can starlink satellites be reached with non-starlink hardware? Our dental appointment today in Montreal was prevented by the police in what was most likely a politically motivated raid. It seems their computers (at the very least) are being seized which is horribly disruptive & they will not be able to operate for some time. Hopefully Dr Benoit has decent lawyers. He got a lot of publicity (& negative attention from govt) during covid for being opposed to both masks & the experimental gene therapy jabs. He opposes fluoride laced products & the use of any metals in dentistry. He specializes in removal of mercury amalgam fillings & root canals. He uses only ceramics. They say he opposes products that are proven safe & promotes more expensive solutions to line his own pockets. This is in spite of the fact that his customers generally seek him out for exactly what he offers. It sounds to me like others in the field are insulted by his insistence that they are wrong & feel threatened by his success. Hopefully he will not be shut down for long.

Living the truth is a narrow path, because reality has a specific shape & we can only deviate so much without serious consequences. But there are an infinite number of ways to live a lie & destroy yourself & others.

We should not expect people who prioritize feelings over reality to have the capacity to be honest. If a person considers themselves a woman because they "feel" that way, despite having a dick, then they cannot even be honest with themselves. Their definition of "honest" is literally based on arbitrary whims, so when things do not go their way they will "honestly" tell you that they feel like it is the fault of anyone but themselves. When caught in a lie they will again ramble on about their feelings. They are not interested in objective reality.
