People need to understand that there is no correlation between Free and Free at the point of care. The NHS is not a "Free" service, it is paid for via taxes. "Free at the point of care" simply means you have paid for it elsewhere. I repeat the NHS is not free. Never has been free and will never be free. Free at the point of care is not free
