#grownostr Question: What business would you start assuming you have 10 hours a week to work on it? Details: I have a 1/2 acre rural/urban fringe property within 45 min of 2 million+ people on a major traffic artery (highway) and about 1 million within 20min. It has water (city), electric, internet and a 700 Sq ft metal building with concrete slab floor. (no bathroom / sewer / septic /no insulation /hvac). I may have a somewhat attentive spouse with more time as well. I'm Zapping all ideas!

#grownostr My kids have been in martial arts for over 5 years now. I'm blessed to be able to give them this experience. My wife and I got into it for a few years before injuries forced us to the sidelines. I can't recommend it enough. While the discipline, mental and physical health benefits are huge, the biggest benefit is the community of our dojo. If you have ever thought about it, go for it!
