Have you noticed Twitter is displaying YouTube links fully again? For a while they weren't, and only the shortened link showed. (My assumption was this was to discourage any leaving of the platform as you don't know for sure where the link really would take you.) I wonder why they changed their mind. image

Wowza. Kinda surprised Apple allowed this. Isn't this one of the things you got problems about with Damus, @jb55? The not being able to delete user accounts? Well, I guess this is *an option* for deleting their account. (Not a very good one, but *an option*) (Image from Fortune article) image

@StableArtMaker Imagine photo of a cyberpunk young woman, blonde hair blue eyes, tattoos on arms, smoking a cigarette, wearing a black tee shirt with a big orange Bitcoin logo on it. Sitting in a cluttered cyberpunk futuristic computer repair shop, fixing a computer. Partly assembled computers everywhere with screens lit up. This windows reveal this room is in a tall building in a cyberpunk city with holographic billboards and advertisements. It is night time outside.

I found this pretty impressive. I know trading is frowned upon, but it's a great example of Bitcoin picking up usecases that people said it couldn't do; *real* Defi. Perpetual Futures Trading using Discreet Log Contracts (DLCs) in a noncustodial, open-source wallet. image

Nostr microapp idea: You authorize the app the right to post on your behalf. when you see a post or a comment on Twitter that you like, you comment under it the words "Nostr this" and the post or comment above it gets posted in your Nostr account. Maybe it says "From Twitter" and has the username of who said the post, the username of who "Nostr'd" the post, and perhaps a direct link to the post. Could make one for anything. Reddit, blah blah. Oh, its how i imagine Twetch working (based on seeing people i disagree with write "Twetch dat", the world's ugliest sounding word, for the world's most evil community.
