Today, we released the "new" Openvibe app. It's a rebrand of Plebstr, from which we're creating a universal social app that communicates across decentralized social protocols ๐ฅ
It's still the first beta version so bear with us please, but the vision is clear - to connect people across open social space ๐ View quoted note โ

Amazing video from Filip about the good news from this year - things are more optimistic than they seem
I understand that for a lot of people having a decentralized and open social media (owning the data, censorship,โฆ) is not important.
But having the ability to choose multiple clients/app with different designs and features is so great that I think basically everyone should appreciate it.
Wow the new Journal app in iOS 17.2. has a nice design and the suggestions are pretty smart.
I am probably still not gonna use it but I am sure it will be useful for a lot of people.
It's always funny to do these blind phone camera tests by MKBHD and see which (often random) phones win.
Try it ๐

It's 4 years old but more relevant than ever (I don't know how I was able to miss it and only found about it now thanks to Dot Social podcast with @Mike McCue )
Recommend everyone to read it ๐
