Maybe a #controversial opinion but I enjoy still having some #altcoins Gambling is an enjoyable vice & if done responsibly there’s no problem. I still save in #sats & add more #bitcoin on a regular basis but I also haven’t liquidated my alts because I enjoy the game. That being said remember not to gamble with money you can’t afford to lose.

Current book I’m reading is The History of the Peloponnesian War by Thucydides. Would definitely recommend & here are a few excerpts, amazing wisdom & thoughts from men 2500 years ago #plebchain #nostrbookclub #bookstr #greek #history “The coast population now began to apply themselves more closely to the acquisition of wealth, and their life became more settled; some even began to build themselves walls on the strength of their newly acquired riches. For the love of gain would reconcile the weaker to the dominion of the stronger, and the possession of capital enabled the more powerful to reduce the smaller towns to subjection.” “For colonists are not sent forth on the understanding that they are to be the slaves of those that remain behind, but that they are to be their equals.” “Men's indignation, it seems, is more excited by legal wrong than by violent wrong; the first looks like being cheated by an equal, the second like being compelled by a superior.” And I’m only 1/3 of the way through the book
