Last week I had the worst stomach virus imaginable. Full on fever, chills, body aches, nausea. The nights were brutal, I’d wake up every hour running to the bathroom. It was complete hell. No medicine, no doctor, not even ChatGPT could give me relief. I was in straight agony. Then I posted about it on Primal, and someone told me to try activated charcoal. After 7 days of Pepto-Bismol, Treda, Vitamin C, and nothing working, I thought “screw it.” I took the activated charcoal and the very next day, I could finally hold myself together. Keep food down. Actually feel like myself again. Why am I telling you this? Because sometimes, people on the internet have gone so far down rabbit holes that they stumble on real solutions. Ones that don’t sound crazy at all and in most cases, they’re the cheapest and most obvious answers.
