Spam fighting idea for nostr:
After key generation you can attach a locality to your keys. It’s an effort-to-reach distance reflecting geographic proximity in the real world. Writing to a distant key is more probably spam than writing one closely to you.
Twist: you can move your key closer to an other region, but then you cannot reach the previous region as easily anymore. This moving event would be published as a note to relays.
This could be a relative spam score where you need to compromise your reach by choosing a region.
