Overheard a coworker at work say to another coworker, “I don’t understand Bitcoin, it’s not backed by anything, it makes no sense. At least the US dollar is backed by gold which makes sense.” For a split second I felt like chiming in as I walked by but ultimately ignored them and kept on working. I realized we are still so early. Never thought I would ever hear a conversation like that in person but it finally happened.

Book your hotel rooms now, the prices that weekend will be astronomical. Whoever picked that weekend to have the Bitcoin Conference in Las Vegas knows nothing about Vegas or running events.

One of the only leaders President Trump called out tonight in his RNC Convention speech by name was Nayib Bukele; saying the reason El Salvador’s crime has dropped significantly is because Bukele is systematically dumping his criminals inside the United States. Huge if true!

It’s always nice to watch the normies during times like this. Some get it quickly and buy in, some are in complete disbelief, and majority still don’t get it.

Was listening to @preston podcast btc170 when Toxic Happy Hour Anders called me. While I was on the phone with him having a great time talking about bitcoin and catching up on life I hit black ice and totaled my car. Luckily I was able to walk away unhurt and help the other drivers around me that also crashed.

They just showed @jack in the suite. Looks like a good time at the Super Bowl. 🏈
