This is a lie and @Luke Dashjr @Luke Dashjr knows it. Bitcoin Cash was created through a hard fork— not a URSF. The dynamics are very different, because non-upgraded nodes would never follow the hard fork chain whereas a URSF chain would be perfectly valid from their perspective.
