Garden update!! Even though there's a heatwave in parts of Europe, it's only 13 degrees Celsius and raining here in Western Norway. Otherwise, it's almost time for harvesting! 🌧️👨🌾😀 #gardening

Garden update May 2025
The cold nights have resulted in slow growth in the garden this May. Luckily, we've had fewer problems with slugs this year, but the birds have been a bit of a pest. However, having plenty of backup plants has helped to mitigate the issue

The garden season 2025 is officially underway and the first to be planted is leeks. Next up is celery root, which I will sow indoors in mid-February. #gardening

It was finany time to bottle the cider after 17 days of fermentation. The cider turned out to be around 5.5% ABV and i hope to store for 6-12 months before drinking. But It wouldn't surprise me if it's consumed a lot sooner. 🤪🥂 #cider #foodstr #drinkstr

It's finally time to make cider again. About 15 liters of apple cider made with some pears mixed in.

Went a bit berserk at the garden center today and bought 6 new apple trees. Now I just need to find a place to plant them. 😳 #gardening #permaculture 
It was a successful first attempt at making elderberry juice, it wasn't much but it's very good #gardening #juice #elderberry #permaculture 
The apple cider is finished fermenting and now it just needs to rest quietly for a few months, so hopefully it will turn out to be a good apple cider vinegar eventually. #gardening #cider #vinegar
