It was finany time to bottle the cider after 17 days of fermentation. The cider turned out to be around 5.5% ABV and i hope to store for 6-12 months before drinking. But It wouldn't surprise me if it's consumed a lot sooner. 🤪🥂 #cider #foodstr #drinkstr

Finally, a little nice autumn weather here in western Norway, and what better than to tidy up the garden before winter and plant some garlic. 🧄 #gardening #garlic

#norgstrIt's finally time to make cider again. About 15 liters of apple cider made with some pears mixed in.

Went a bit berserk at the garden center today and bought 6 new apple trees. Now I just need to find a place to plant them. 😳 #gardening #permaculture

It was a successful first attempt at making elderberry juice, it wasn't much but it's very good #gardening #juice #elderberry #permaculture

The apple cider is finished fermenting and now it just needs to rest quietly for a few months, so hopefully it will turn out to be a good apple cider vinegar eventually. #gardening #cider #vinegar

Found a steel worm in the garden, luckily it's not venomous. 😱 #gardening #worm

#gardeningAlways fun to test out new vegetable varieties, but in August it has rained every single day and my squash has been plagued by rot. However, some squash seem to be coming along well. #gardening #permaculture

Made a small investment in a press for apples and now I just need apples to ripen so it can be tested. #gardening #apples #juice #cider
Winter is coming.. the birds are moving south 🥺

We have a lot of pears and apples this year, wondering if it's the warm weather we had in May that caused it? 🍏🍐 #gardening #permaculture

The apple tree needed a little support. 🍏✂️ Might have to prune it a bit better. #gardening #permaculture

Due to the carrot fly, I have stopped growing carrots and instead tested out parsnips. It seems to have worked out well, and I'm going to grow a lot more parsnips next year. #gardening #permaculture 😎

this year's seed-potatos vs this year's crop. In addition, there are approximately 15 kilograms of damaged potatoes used for potato mash and vegetable soup. #gardening #permaculture
