I want to read so many books. But I read too little. So my number one priority from now on is to read one book per week. Anyone got some tips how to read more/faster/better?

Currently also working again on my focus on the now or let’s say my ability to live in the moment. Reading the “power of now” by Eckhard Tolle is the single most wonderful Ressource to accomplish the awakening from the thoughts. One simple rule to follow: “Accept - then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy. This will miraculously transform your whole life.”

Today I started my little self experiment on carnivore diet. Since I ate vegetarian for the most part the last few years and also tried some vegan alternatives, it feels almost like being criminal to just order meat at the restaurant. Ordering just the burger patties is also apparently not the usual thing in German fast food restaurants. Today I created a lot of hustle and bustle in the Burger King and McDonald's kitchens. 😅 But my orders were processed with a lot of friendliness.
