Ahimsa is the practice of nonharming to ourselves & others. Pranayama brings peace to the waters of our mind. We can allow this peace to ripple through us & into other beings. What we see is what we practice and what we practice is what we see.

Before we ask for #peace from others. We must first create peace for ourselves. Before we can share peace with others, we must first find it within. #wisdom #spirituality #buddhism
