I used to think clarity came from planning everything ahead. Write goals. Break them down. Optimize the path. What actually helped was simpler: paying attention to how I feel at the end of a normal day. Not the productive days. The regular ones. If most days leave you exhausted or irritated, no amount of long-term planning will fix that. Clarity usually starts with fixing the ordinary.
