Everyone has heard of vampire bats. They really exist, but they are not even ten known species among the more than one thousand in the world, and they are nothing like the movies. There are bats Frugivores, insectivores, nectarivores, piscivoros, carnivores (feed on small vertebrates) and omnivores.
This species is very common in brazilian urban environments, it feeds on insects and captures them in full flight during twilight and
middle of the night. In only 90 minutes they catch a large number of insects, which are fragmented with their teeth still in the air and stored in their cheeks until they return to the shelter. They have a
