Day 3 on the carnivore diet- slept poorly and woke up quite tired. Found out I’m technically not doing it fully by drinking coffee but I don’t care, I am not giving up coffee, or nicotine for that matter.

Day 1 of carnivore all I can tell you is that I definitely have a sugar/carb addiction. Cravings have been real. Questioning why I signed up for this for no reason other than to try it.

Got to see two of my favorite comedians live tonight in Washington. First person who guesses who’s in this photo gets 210 sats. image

Nobody is stopping you from building on bitcoin. The protocol is permissionless and so is how you allocate your time and energy. Start a meetup, vibe code an app, write an article, start a podcast, put a presentation together… there’s so much room for more builders.

Wtf happened in 1656? In this episode @Scott Dedels explains how the invention of the mechanical clock in tandem with the central bank made way for the fiat rat race we now find ourselves in. It was a fun rip that touched many topics:

When I ask a younger person what they’re trying to do in their career it’s pretty wild how often the answer is, “I just want a remote job.” I always say, “okay, then do it.”Finding a remote job is one of the most achievable career goals I can think of. However, finding a remote job that lights up your soul and gives you purpose is another story. Every nomad I’ve met who has found this balance works their fricken butt off and has unrelenting dedication to their business/craft.

There’s nothing better than skirt steak for breakfast. Protein in the morning = championship day ahead. image

Making a full length documentary is by far the biggest project I’ve ever embarked on. First few weeks editing was tough. Lots of friction. Felt like I wasn’t making progress. I’m now catching some tailwinds and feeling the “creative flow.” Onward! Still aiming to complete the film by the end of the year.

Yes, you can have “enough” bitcoin. At some point it’s on us as individuals to take a risk with the security of bitcoin savings behind us. For me, it’s making a documentary film that will take nearly a year of my life to complete. I could never take this risk without bitcoin. If you’re lucky enough to have your savings increasing in purchasing power every year, make the most of it. Take the risk and pursue a deeper purpose than just stacking more sats. You can always go earn more bitcoin. You cannot go back and live life again.
