#foodstr I’ll see this guy about 9pm when he hits an internal temp of 165degrees F , if you’re in the Guadalupe river area tomorrow afternoon under canyon lake , we will be sitting by the river , sharing tons of food , with friends from all over , oh and drinks too right ! 17lbs , it’s going to be on for 22+hours , a few change ups at certain points but it’s what you want in the end for sure , especially with all the bull shit and honey mustard that’s all over it .
