Today I had 4x200, 2x2000, 6x400 interval sessions.But I couldn’t complete last 400’s because summer came overnight and my body couldn’t acclimate yet 🥵
While I was running, little runner kids were cheering me on👏🥹

Woke up 5:45 am feeling very tired, body battery wasn’t fully charged.
However, instead of continuing to sleep, I woke up and had pre-training breakfast to prepare my body for race 🏃🏻♀️ #runstr

I’m in a loading phase and my coach has increased my training to six days a week, removing the jogs. I’ve started skipping short workouts due to fatigue.
I think I should start taking BCAA or something. 😪
Today was one of my training crew’s birthday. We celebrated his birthday 🎂
And did 4x1200 interval session. It was a short training after Ephesus Ultra. Glad to have these guys.
