Burgess Falls has more water flowing over it than I have ever seen and the footpath to the top of the third fall is open. Before and after. HOLLER con Queso is being replaced. Yesterday I painted 1 wall of my house. When we painted it yellow like 17 years ago, I never thought it would stay yellow that long. I had only agreed to the color because it was the terms upon which my then partner required if he was going to help me paint. The color had to be yellow and bright... GM everyone.

Roasting and shipping orders today, dropping homemade bone broth and local grass-fed beef off to Brett for making into the best Salisbury steak you've had for the Sprong workshop, and then headed to Sevierville, TN, to sell bags of coffee at a film festival on Saturday. #GM #coffeechain #homesteading #craftcoffee

First salad harvest from the outside garden of 2025!! This is largely from a lettuce that Baker Creek sent as my "free" packet of seeds. The chard I started and a head of lettuce that Tactical dug up at the veterinarian's house when he was picking up Bravecto for the LGDs. I have another salad that size ready for tomorrow and as usual wish I had planted more lettuce seeds back in January

Outhouse.is standing and rotated...just needs to get set back on its foundation and I can reset the inside. #homesteading #lftn

GM Nostr. Our GSD weekend did not successfully rotate this composting outhouse 90 degrees, but we did get the underneath rebuilt with pressure treated lumber. Let's just say the rotation part was tougher than privy tipping. #homesteading
