I don't think any of this is gonna matter past November. There are 4 possible scenarios: 1. #Biden wins and becomes anti-btc. #BTC keeps being in the margins for a while, but he loses a bunch of support, and the damage he can actually do is not huge given that BR et al are on the field. 2. Biden wins and goes pro-BTC. The Dems shift tune and the fact that public doesn't care, they follow. Good for BTC. 3. #Trump wins and goes Anti-BTC. A lot of "I told you so, authoritarians hate Bitcoin" and our job of flipping the script becomes easier. 4. Trump wins and goes pro-BTC. We get 4 years of measures that help BTC develop, it's good for price if nothing else, and that captures attention. The scenarios come from meh to good.
