It's estimated that one ejaculation depletes around: • 5 mg of Zinc (that's nearly 50% of your daily needs) • A substantial amount of magnesium, selenium, and B12 Over time, frequent ejaculation without proper nutrition can lead to deficiencies and shit energy, mood AND fertility. This is why semen retention (release no more than once a week is a solid rule of thumb), paired with high-mineral raw nutrition, is powerful for rebuilding masculine energy. image

The Earth is ABUNDANT. Scarcity is the illusion used for control. There is no shortage of sunlight. No shortage of oil and fuel. No shortage of water cycling through Earth. No shortage of food when soil is alive. No shortage of human creativity. We’ve built systems that restrict access, manufacture dependence + convince us abundance is scarce. Nature doesn’t operate like a spreadsheet. It grows, regenerates, reproduces + gives. No matter how shitry humans treat it, earth will THRIVE.

The weirdest part about modern overwhelm is that even when nothing is happening, we immediately find something to “happen” I see every space getting filled. Waiting in line? Phone. Eating? YouTube. Driving? Podcast. Walking? Headphones. Feeling something uncomfortable? Better find something productive to do. We’ve basically engineered a world where you can go years without having a quiet conversation with yourself. And then wonder why you don’t know what you want. Humans lived for thousands of years with long stretches of NOTHING happening. Walking across land. Watching weather roll in. Sitting around fire. Looking at each other (in the eyes). Listening to animals. Letting the mind wander without immediately feeding it another dopamine snack. Maybe boredom is actually cool. MAYBE it was where we actually heard ourselves. So ask yourself something beyond your next go go go spasm: What pace do I ACTUALLY want my life to move at? Because you can build an “impressive” life that your nervous system secretly wants to escape from. I’d rather have less noise, more sun, more birdsong, gentle meals, deeper conversations, bare feet, ridiculous laughter, meaningful work and enough empty space to remember I’m a human being. Not a fucking productivity machine.

You have more than one diet. Food is a diet. Music is a diet. Information is a diet. Conversation is a diet. Social media is a diet. Your environment is a diet. You’re consuming ALL day. Stop obsessing over organic blueberries while feeding your consciousness garbage for six hours straight.

I don’t care if you’ve done ayahuasca 8 times. Can you sit with discomfort and take 100% personal responsibility without spiritual bypassing yourself out of it?

18 years of school later… • can’t make a real meal • can’t read ingredient labels • doesn’t understand taxes • knows algebra, not basic survival • spends 8 hours/day on a screen • thinks sunlight is dangerous • calls walking barefoot “weird” Yet somehow… “educated.”

There are 4 types of men : 1. Fit outside, wrecked inside Looks strong. Low energy. Hormones off. Gut inflamed. Living on stimulants. Can’t get lingam up and hard. 2. Fat outside, fat inside Little movement. Addicted to fast food. Low drive. Body and system both struggling. 3. Soft outside, strong inside (rare) Carries weight but decent health markers. Still… not the goal long-term. 4. Lean outside, strong inside (IDEAL) Clear mind. Stable energy. Good digestion. RAW strength. Organs vital. You don’t get to 4 from hacks. You build it. My plan is simple: REAL food (JERF: Just Eat Real Food), raw protein, lift, move naturally, sleep, sunlight, minerals, stress down, purpose up. DM me REWILD if you want in. 90 days and transform into your ideal self.

Every ejaculation costs your body more than most men realize. Along with this life force sperm, you’re also losing zinc, magnesium, selenium, B vitamins, and other nutrients that need to be replenished through quality nutrition. For me, periods of semen retention (*releasing once a week or less) combined with a mineral-rich diet have meant more stable energy, better focus, stronger training, and a greater sense of masculine drive. It’s not about “never” ejaculating and “no fap” like health bros be preaching. It’s about being intentional and making sure your body has what it needs to recover. Vital inputs >.

Happy people encourage. Successful people support. Attractive people compliment. Those with nothing to offer will bring you down.

One of the biggest psyops of our time? Telling women they need to pump synthetic hormones into their bodies year-round… when they can only get pregnant 6 DAYS a month! That’s right. EVEN if you bust inside her, conception’s only even possible a few days outta 30. Meanwhile, men slap petroleum-laced latex over their lingam in fear, coating their skin in endocrine disruptors, and thinking that’s the safe route? Learn your biology. Track cycles. Build real trust. Return to nature.

Create before you consume. Most people scroll for hours waiting to feel inspired. Post something. Write something. Record something. Momentum shows up after action, not before it.

community used to mean shared land, shared food, shared purpose. now it’s group chats & “let’s catch up soon.” then people wonder why they feel off. you are not meant to do this alone.

New Year’s resolution in January: quit sugar, gym 6x/week, meditate daily. New Year’s reality: it’s 28°F and you’re eating “just one more” pastry indoors. Spring hits… suddenly you want sunlight, movement, fruit, real food. Body was never lazy, just out of season!

“balanced diet” apparently means cereal in the morning and seed oils at night but raw milk is the dangerous one. makes sense. keep the population inflamed, then sell them medications covered by insurance.

January 1st was always a weird time to “reinvent your life.” Dark, cold, nothing in nature moving… but yeah, NEW YEAR NEW YOU! The real reset is now, March 20th; Spring Equinox! Sun’s back, earth’s waking up, your body actually has energy again! Wow! The calendar got shifted long ago anyway. October used to be the 8th (“oct”). December the 10th (“dec”). Then taxes showed up and everything got thrown off. No wonder the year feels rushed and forced. Try building habits when things are growing, not when you’re shivering. This is the real new year. Start here. Start now!

Put a pig in a climate-controlled cage with unlimited feed & zero predators… you get a soft, pink, sleepy creature. No need for armor. No need for tusks. No need for tough skin. Now let domestic pigs go WILD. Within generations (sometimes faster) they start shifting. Thicker hair. Leaner frames. Longer snouts. Tusks grow more pronounced. Behavior sharpens. Alert. Reactive. Feral boar energy returns. Same species line. Different environment. Different expression. That’s adaptive biology & epigenetics; Genes don’t disappear, they just wait to be active. Now zoom out: Put humans in fluorescent boxes, feed them hyper-palatable slop, remove sunlight, remove resistance, remove community, remove purpose… and we call the outcome “normal.” Low drive. Soft posture. Anxious minds. Docile spirits. No predators. No land. No real friction. Then we wonder why the edge dulls. Put that same human in sun, under physical load, around tribe, with self-responsibility, primal movement, real skill, potent risk… watch what comes back online. Not because we’re pigs but because biology adapts to the habitat you build. You don’t lose your “wild.” You just stop using it.
