Natural beauty always hits harder than industrial paint. Most girls cake on layers of makeup, heavy metals and glitter to impress… other girls. Meanwhile, most men prefer a clean, natural face with REAL glow, not cosmetic cake.

The government’s “health advice”: Fear the sun Avoid saturated fat Avoid cholesterol Avoid salt Eat sugar Trust pharma Sit all day Work hard Chase comfort Obey experts Ignore your intuition Meanwhile the cure is the opposite: common sense & nature.

Yup. Can be real heavy. Shorter days, less sun, colder temps… it’s a real physiological shift and can suck ass if you’re retarded. Seasonal depression is not imaginary. I’ve felt the pits back in the day before moving closer to the equator. But we can also happy-maxx winter by preparing for it & using that primal mindset strategically. In summer, load your system with as much direct sunlight as you can. Your body literally “stores” the benefits: higher vitamin D, stronger circadian rhythm, better serotonin production. And even in the dead of winter, outdoor light is far superior to indoor light. For your perspective: • Bright summer sun: 50,000–100,000+ lux • Cloudy winter day outdoors: ~1,000–5,000 lux • Indoor lighting: 50–300 lux (lame) So even on a cold, grey, miserable winter day, going outside gives you 10–50x more light than staying indoors. That level of light regulates melatonin, happy-maxxes your noggin, boosts serotonin & keeps your circadian rhythm from tanking. Staying inside all winter is exactly what makes people feel like shit. ⸻ WINTER DEPRESSION PREVENTION TEMPLATE ☃️❄️🏔️ A simple protocol that actually works: 1. Outdoor Light Every Morning (20 mins) Even on cloudy days, you’ll get 1,000+ lux enough to regulate your circadian rhythm & stabilize serotonin + melatonin. 2. Midday Outdoor Time (20 mins) Double-exposure keeps your brain out of “hibernate” mode. 3. Strength Training 3–5x/week Lifts testosterone, dopamine, motivation, and combats seasonal lethargy. Do it outside for the most “lift”. 4. Cold Exposure (showers or quick outdoor exposure) Massive dopamine boost, sharpens mood, reduces inflammation. Don’t overdo this though. Can be rough on NS. 5. Heat Exposure (hot baths or sauna) Boosts circulation, relieves seasonal tension, improves sleep. MY FAVORITE. Just be sure to ice pack the balls for fertility protection. 6. Red Light Therapy (morning / evening) Supports mitochondria, mimics sunlight wavelengths, reduces winter fatigue, vibes. Swap all LEDS for warm incandescent in the home. 7. Warm Nourishing Foods Stews, soups, bone broth, slow-cooked meats (or raw meat like me), root veggies: winter metabolism thrives on grounding foods. Fat-maxx with coconut oil, tallow, raw butter, raw cream, raw milk, ghee, etc. 8. Vitamin / Mineral Support • Magnesium glycinate / threonate for relaxation + mood • K2 (MK-7) for calcium regulation & D3 synthesis • D3 (if needed, 1,000–2,000 IU) but your goal is to rely less on supplements by maximizing outdoor light • BPC 157 (I cycle this in winter especially because it’s anabolic and helps rebuild tissues during that stressful time. DM me LIMITLESS for the capsule brand I trust) 9. Limit Blue-Light at Night Phones + bright LEDs kill melatonin and amplify seasonal depression. Stop being a vampire retard. 10. Community & Connection Winter is easier when you’re not isolated. Humans regulate each other’s nervous systems. Enjoy communal eats, go out of the house for a yoga class or workout, etc. Winter isn’t trying to destroy you, it’s just checking if you’ve been outside since August. Load up on sun when you can, touch cold things on purpose, eat real warming food, and stop soaking in 69-lux indoor LED lighting. Yin-maxx during these months. image

You’ll never catch someone drinking raw milk, skipping seed oils, and walking around with tan skin wearing only organic materials while still thinking the flu shot is “essential”

Sunscreen (aka soyscreen) Blocks your vitamin D3 conversion. Loads you with carcinogenic chemicals. And the irony? Once you get inflammatory oils out of your diet and out of your tissues, your skin barely burns. The “need” disappears.

~100 years from now we’ll all be gone. Every conversation, every trend, every person alive now… POOF… gone. The only thing that ever mattered was how ALIVE you felt while you were here. Your health, your vitality, your people. Time in nature instead of endless screens. Choosing boldness over fear. Movement over stagnation. Community over isolation. Real nutrition over processed sludge. When you treat your body like the gift it is, life becomes (*shockingly*) meaningful. We don’t get forever, just this window. Make your human experience in that meat suit count. image

One thing I’ve learned from being around real, aligned people: Your nervous system becomes who you spend time with. Calm people calm you. Driven people activate you. Draining people drain you. Community is physiology. And what I believe to be the NUMBER ONE facet to longevity.

A powerful insight in psychology and health: Your behaviors shape your identity faster than your thoughts do. Eat clean once, you feel good. Do it daily, you become someone who feels good. Identity follows action, not the other way around. Simple rule. Applying it consistently is the art.

big protein doesn’t want you to know you can just eat 16oz of raw 96/4 grass-fed beef and herbs that look like a caveman’s lunch 3x per day for a fraction of the price (and prep/clean time)

This is the world we live in: You post a video on natural health, eating raw butter, or making money online without selling your soul… and suddenly, a 34-year-old keyboard warrior named Greg (whose profile pic is a car logo or some strange anime) is foaming at the mouth in your comments section. “That’s dangerous!” “Fake news!” “This is misinformation!” “Gay” “White people” Bro. You ate Lunchables for 32 years and make $40k a year working as a cashier at the gas station. Welcome to being a content creator. They’ll hate you for saying what they secretly wish they had the guts to live.

You know those moments where you crumble up the paper and throw it away because you’re frustrated you can’t get the right words out EVEN though you know exactly what you’re trying to say *in your head*? Or those moments when you say something out loud and immediately correct yourself: “Wait, that’s not what I meant… what I meant to say was…” and THEN you scramble for the right words that actually match the feeling or knowing behind it? If words and thoughts were truly the same thing, that wouldn’t happen. This disconnect and this gap between the clarity you feel internally and the words that come out of your mouth reveals something POWERFUL: Your inner knowing, your intuition, your felt sense of truth is real and lives deeper than “language” and “words” Words are tools. But they’re not always sharp enough to carve out the exact contours of your truth. And that’s alrighty. Because it means there’s a YOU underneath the words. A human spirit that is WAY more intuitive guiding the expression. Honor that gap. image

Cold plunging isn’t “dumb”… dogma is. People hear “daily cold plunge” and suddenly think the answer is ZERO or 100. But biology has always been about DOSE. The dose is the poison. The dose is the medicine. Same with sun. Healing in the right amount, damaging in excess. Same with training, builds you up or breaks you down depending on recovery. Your nervous system doesn’t need constant shock; it needs appropriate stress + appropriate safety. A cold plunge here and there? Great hormetic stimulus. Daily punishments when your sleep is off, you already have thyroid issues, sympathetic dominance and because Joe Rogan said so? That’s full-retard. Don’t go full retard. Respect your physiology, not these autistic health on-the-spectrum trends.

90% of people are walking like ducks or pigeons — because their feet are JACKED. Cramped shoes, stiff soles, zero connection to the earth. You have to start from the ground up: open the toes, retrain the gait, and reconnect with real ground.

Funny how the people grounding in nature, getting tons of sun, eating REAL food, and sweating daily… aren’t the ones lining up for their 5th shot. Maybe they’re onto something?

The carnivore vs. vegan war is just the ego dressed in different aprons. One side fears meat, the other fears arugula. Both call it “science.” But extremes don’t equal intelligence, they reveal trauma. Healing isn’t about proving a diet works. It’s about listening to your own body and respecting someone else’s. When your confidence comes with humble compassion you’ve actually integrated. Otherwise, you’re just digesting dogma.

Read this if you want to age gracefully and actually feel alive while you do it. There’s a silent force wrecking your health and no one’s talking about it. Not because it’s new… but because it’s EVERYWHERE. It’s the light in your life. Not enough of the good. Way too much of the bad. You’re inside all day behind glass thinking you’re getting light. You’re not. Windows block out most of the healing infrared, UVB, and red spectrum your body needs to make hormones, create energy, and regulate sleep. Meanwhile, your eyes and skin are bombarded with artificial blue light all day long: Flickering LEDs, overhead lights, phones, laptops, TVs… blasting your brain and frying your mitochondria. It jacks up cortisol, crashes melatonin, and slowly wrecks your energy, your skin, your mood, your sleep… even your sex hormones. But here’s how to fix it — and it’s simple: 🌞 DAYTIME • Get outdoor light within 10 minutes of waking (rain or shine) • Go for a walk outside mid-morning and again in the afternoon • Work outside if you can, or next to an open window (glass still blocks most healing light) • Get full body sun exposure daily if possible (safely & gradually building solar callus) 🏠 INDOORS • Swap overhead LEDs for incandescent bulbs • Use red light bulbs in the evening (bathroom, bedroom, lamp) • Light candles at night to wind down — ancestral vibes > hospital lights • Turn on Night Shift or Red Mode on all your devices • Wear blue light blockers after sunset if you’re on screens 🌕 SLEEP • Blackout your room completely: no LEDs, streetlights, or chargers • Use blackout curtains or sleep mask • Turn off Wi-Fi, put phone in airplane mode This is foundational. No supplement, no workout, no cold plunge can outdo light hygiene. Your circadian rhythm is your metabolism and life force. Protect it.
