Read this if you want to age gracefully and actually feel alive while you do it. There’s a silent force wrecking your health and no one’s talking about it. Not because it’s new… but because it’s EVERYWHERE. It’s the light in your life. Not enough of the good. Way too much of the bad. You’re inside all day behind glass thinking you’re getting light. You’re not. Windows block out most of the healing infrared, UVB, and red spectrum your body needs to make hormones, create energy, and regulate sleep. Meanwhile, your eyes and skin are bombarded with artificial blue light all day long: Flickering LEDs, overhead lights, phones, laptops, TVs… blasting your brain and frying your mitochondria. The world’s full of ironies. We drink toxic tap water… while buying $80 skincare serums to fix the acne it caused. We smear aluminum under our arms to stop sweating… then wonder why our hormones are a wreck. We block the sun with SPF 100… then take vitamin D pills because we feel tired and depressed. This is all I do to stay lean and jacked with balanced hormones, mucho vasodilation and high-vitality energy (without burning out or biohacking myself into oblivion): — Rise and rest with the sun (circadian-maxxing for real: no blue light spasms after dark, solo red or candles under 100 LUX) — Train 2–3x/week with real intent (primal strength, not ego reps) — Eat mostly raw, life-force-rich foods with minerals intact — Build a business that aligns with my nervous system — Walk barefoot as much as possible (nature > notifications) — ALL organic cotton/linen/wool/hemp (no petrochemical clothing) — Prioritize minerals before motivation (salt, mag, potass, all of it) — Channel sexual energy instead of leaking it (retain + create) — Poop like a god daily (cleansing is king) — Play often (instruments, dancing, laughter = medicine) — Detox weekly with Earth rituals (sweat, breath, grounding) — Breathe through my nose unless I’m laughing or sprinting — Stop eating when I’m 80% full (and never while stressed) — Avoid seed oils, synthetic supplements (capsules and fillers), negative people — Sun my whole body (yes, even there) — Speak the truth in my relationships (no leaks = all truth = no fatigue) — Surround myself with high-frequency, real ones — Chew slowly, pray over my food, and taste life — Fast when I feel called, not out of fear Keep it simple.
