Flipped through old art magazines. A volcano on one page with some gnarly eruption. Check. Flip. Flowers with softness, vibrant colors and blooming. Check. So I grabbed the watercolors & pencils, sat with my sister at the dinner table, and let my wild psyche leak onto the page. No goal and no judgement for my “accidents.” Just presence and conversation. AND ethereal music gently playing that made the whole experience quite psychedelic. 10/10 recommend as a nervous system reset (way better than any standard American therapy). Especially when shared in stillness with someone you love.

There’s endless controversy online. This vs that. Black vs white. But truth is, it’s ALL perspective. There is no one-size-fits-all answer… but there is a difference between fear and love. And when you choose LOVE, everything shifts. You start eating high-vibration foods. You move into nature. You attract soul-aligned community. You stop calling them “conspiracies” and start living pineal-detoxed truth.

Everyone’s looking for more energy. Yet they’re sleeping 5 hours, pounding caffeine, and ignoring the sun. Red light therapy but no daylight. Supplements without breathwork. Burnout masked as “ambition”. Life force real energy comes from regulation, rhythm, and light diet. First from nature, then from within.

Cultivate an eye for aesthetics. Raw, high vibrational material aesthetics — away from fast fashion sludge. Life force is more than what meets the eye. It’s the life force frequency within the matter. Cotton. Linen. Hemp. Wool. Leather. Toss the polyester petrochemical rubber poo poo.

I’m always strapped: Draped in raw cotton or linen. Toes grounded in barefoot Earth shoes. Sippin’ on fresh OJ. Puffin’ organic damiana & clean tobacco. Leather satchel stocked with chilcuague, peppermint breath mist, mastic gum, my mouth harp, wired headphones for no EMF sound, and other vitality hacks. This is primal luxury.

Once you start healing, you can’t unsee it. The seed oils in your snacks. The EMFs in your pocket. The blue light frying your eyes past midnight. The anxious scroll between dopamine hits. The fluoride in your tap. The childhood beliefs still running the show. Everything is either calming your nervous system… or silently burning it out. A healed consciousness flips the lens. Love becomes your baseline.

You’re not just training for strength. You’re training for presence. For energy. For a physique that ACTUALLY reflects the effort. Correcto? That’s why I finish my workouts like this: Bodyweight burnout. Dips. Core work at the end (not the start to keep fresh for compounds). Leg raises. Isometric holds that leave your body shaking (and more connected). And of course I step outside. Even if it’s cloudy. Even if it’s freezing. Because REAL light = REAL results. Most indoor gyms give you 500 lux at best. Direct sunlight gives you up to 120,000 lux. That’s hormonal. That’s metabolic. That’s visual light codes feeding your cells. Get outside. In your organic cottons (or 100% unclothed). Feet grounded. Skin breathing. Build the body and keep the light on.

If you’ve never lathered warm coconut oil over every inch of your skin, sunk deep into the earth with your bare feet, and let the mid-morning sun kiss your sacred parts while the grass vibrates healing negative ions beneath you… are you living?

There’s actually a name for this: orthorexia nervosa. It describes a state where someone becomes SO obsessed with eating “perfectly healthy” foods that it ironically harms their health. The intention starts pure — to be well — but the anxiety, restriction, and rigidity around food choices cause more stress and imbalance than the food itself ever could. I used to live in this headspace. I avoided everything I saw from influencers as evil — no seed oils, no bread, no restaurant food unless it was perfectly “clean.” At first it felt disciplined, but eventually the obsession made me sicker. My body was “fine”, but my mind was tense, constantly restrictive. True health isn’t about eliminating life’s simple joys; it’s about being present in your body, flexible, and resilient. Now, I can enjoy pizza, fries, or bread at a restaurant — maybe once a month, sometimes twice a week if I’m traveling or with friends. And guess what? My health feels stronger because my nervous system is at ease. Balance is medicine too.

⚠️ Government Warning: This bottle contains REAL milk. Unpasteurized, unaltered, unafraid. Yes — it has bacteria… the beneficial kind. The ones your ancestors thrived on. The ones that support immune function, help balance the gut, and actually build resilience — not destroy it. If there’s a risk, it’s from the system that feeds you feedlot cows jacked up on corn, antibiotics, and confinement — not from raw, grass-fed dairy made with care. We’ve been taught to fear the cow, while drinking lab sludge and soy-based lies. This is milk the way nature and God intended. Not shelf-stable lifeless white pasteurized poison, but LIVING nourishment. Choose raw wisely. Choose vitality.

“your skin’s glowing” oh yeah, it’s from sleeping 8 hours, quitting trash oils, JERFing (Just Eat Real Food), castor oil-maxxing, getting sun on my face, and not believing skincare companies that tell me to rub hormone disruptors into my pores.

The gym’s full of “alpha energy” until you notice half the guys can’t touch their toes (tight hips), breathe through their nose (chronic stress), or lift without snapping joints (magnesium and collagen deficiency). Puffy faces, poor posture, and more grunts than gains. Bro science skipped the basics: sleep, minerals, fascia health, and nervous system regulation. Your workout doesn’t mean much if your body’s inflamed from the inside out.

I used to have drawers full of “health hacks,” cabinets of supplements, closets full of trends I never wore. But my body was still inflamed. My mind still scattered. Turns out, it wasn’t about doing more. It was about doing less (but doing it better). These days, I wear simple organic clothes. I have minimal “things” and more experiences. I eat food with 1 ingredient. I buy what supports vitality (only key supplements not trends), not dopamine. Life got clearer. My body got lighter. And peace finally had space to land. Minimize to maximize.

3+ weeks of intentional seed retention WHILE still cultivating sexual energy (with or without your woman) works wonders on motivation, drive & that hard-to-k*ll productivity. Do it man.
