• daily probiotics from kefir, yogurt, raw milk, raw cheese, raw meat and kimchi
• pairing fats (cream/raw milk) with coffee to blunt caffeine / cortisol
• brisk walking for 20-30 minutes after each meal

The core flaw of atheism is this: the moment you reject God, you’ve already acknowledged God exists enough to deny in the first place.

Have you ever cracked open a raw egg and just drank it? (Oh yeah, Rocky-style).
🥚 Here’s WHY you might want to start 🥚
raw yolks are loaded with bioavailable nutrients: vitamin A, D, K2, choline, biotin, B12 and cholesterol
When you scramble or overcook eggs, especially the yolk, you DESTROY many of these fragile nutrients.
To all you scrambled egg lovers out there: I’m not saying STOP—but if you ONLY cook your eggs, you’re missing out on the vitality your mitochondria & gut craves. Easy to digest protein & hydration.
Be considerate of ONE THING: Avidin (a protein in egg whites) binds to biotin, which helps your hair, skin, and nails, but yolks contain enough biotin to offset that in most cases.
Still, balance is key. I aim for 50/50 raw and cooked eggs.
And YESS, I still devour eggs cooked in raw honey, sourdough, and butter.
Start small. Listen to your body. Raw yolks = liquid gold.
