Every street invites you to move. Trees lining the way, bikes everywhere, people walking with ease. The city is designed for human-centric (not toaster box) movement. No American city I’ve seen comes close to how Berlin supports health and human transportation like this. image

Bored and stuck in scroll mode with your group? Try this instead: grab some paper, markers, pencils, pens, whatever. Each person draws one random squiggle or shape. Then pass it to the next, everyone gets a minute or two to add onto it. Keep rotating until it transforms into a hilarious, layered creation straight from the collective imagination. No rules, no pressure. Just creativity and weird extensions of everyone’s mind. Play some music in the background. Chat a bit. It’s hilarious what comes out. 😂 image

Big Food/Ag lied about RAW eggs for years… Have you ever cracked open a raw egg and just drank it? (Oh yeah, Rocky-style). 🥚 Here’s WHY you might want to start 🥚 raw yolks are loaded with bioavailable nutrients: vitamin A, D, K2, choline, biotin, B12 and cholesterol When you scramble or overcook eggs, especially the yolk, you DESTROY many of these fragile nutrients. To all you scrambled egg lovers out there: I’m not saying STOP—but if you ONLY cook your eggs, you’re missing out on the vitality your mitochondria & gut craves. Easy to digest protein & hydration. They don’t need a “cool” parent. They need a regulated one. 🌞 I’m not a parent yet… but I’m doing the inner work now, not waiting for fatherhood to “wake me up.” This means eating REAL food, moving daily, training, grounding in nature, building something meaningful, and healing patterns so my future kids feel it in their bones. That’s epigenetics. That’s legacy. Vitality is generational. (and while I don’t condone plastic or tap water… this slip n’ slide moment was worth it)

NASA = Not A Space Agency Most of it’s just shits and giggles at this point. We didn’t land on the moon. We didn’t shoot anything to Mars (sorry not sorry Elon). Those sexy nebula galaxy images? Not real photographs. And let’s not forget the 25,000+ pieces of “space junk” and 10,000+ “satellites” supposedly orbiting the Earth in the thermosphere… you know, that region with temperatures reaching over 2,000°C. Materials like aluminum, titanium, and gold are what they say these satellites are made of. But their melting points are far below 2,000°C. So, how exactly are they surviving up there? If satellites are floating above us 24/7, why do we lose signal in the middle of the woods? Why is it that when I go into the jungle or a canyon, I have zero reception? It’s because our signal isn’t coming from space. It’s coming from ground-level towers. You’re looking at line-of-sight tech being sold to you as Star Trek. The truth? Most of it is CGI.
