You’ve just been sold a false narrative. 👇 Fire doesn’t “purify” food—it denatures it. Heat breaks down structure, oxidizes fats, evaporates key vitamins (B1, C, folate), and destroys enzymes designed to help digestion. It’s like turning nutrient-rich wood into ash. You’re left chewing on calories, not vitality. I haven’t cooked meat or eggs in over 18 months (about 85% of the time now is raw). I sip over a liter of local, grass-fed raw milk almost daily. And I’ve never felt better. Digestion? Effortless. Energy? Up. With less food. Physique? Lean, dense, tight. Mood? Calm. Sharp. No post-meal crashes. Taste?
