Welp. Right when we thought it was over, more fires ignited and are spreading across THOUSANDS of acres throughout Cali! Another reminder to TAKE CARE OF THE AIR YOU ARE BREATHING! Even if you aren’t nearby these fires, you should STILL have a quality air purifier running 24/7 in your home due to so many environmental toxins. Prayers for everyone affected ❤️

Rogan, Musk, Trump, Zuck—each playing their scripted roles in the AI-driven reshaping of society. Meanwhile, billions are poured into global vaccine initiatives, with partners like Microsoft pushing high-tech tracking systems for “cancer”. It’s not just about “health”—it’s about control. Theatrics distract the masses while mandates, digital IDs, and chipping systems quietly creep into place. It’s the dawn of a new era where every movement, choice, and medical decision could be monitored and logged. Yet, so many who claim to be “awake” still trust these politicians, puppets, and spokespersons. They cheer for their favorite figure while the system tightens its grip. We need to step back and question—all of it. The agendas, the alliances, the endgame. Stop trusting the faces on your screens and start seeing the bigger picture. Your freedom depends on it.

Would you eat a *raw* potato? Of course not! It would be bad news bears due to high amounts of toxic solanine. What about a cooked yolk? Is cooking unlocking *more* nutrition? Is raw milk heated to 150°F+ for 30 min then *more nutritional*? Or in fact “safer”? What about a fresh juicy red ribeye? Is fully cooking it REALLY making it MORE nutrition-loaded? I’m not buying it. A seared steak I’ll enjoy here and there. Fully cooked. Never. Now, with plants? Yes. I will 100% cook *certain* plants like potatoes, cruciferous greens, white rice, plantains. But, let’s say rosemary or herbs like basil? Superior to keep uncooked due to not having a touch fiber to break down for digestion. It IS nuanced. Nutrition always has been. But raw is generally more hydrating (retains structured water), nutrient dense, enzyme intact, and fat stable.

Airport security health hydration hack!💧🛃✈️ Seriously, just tell them your clean non-tap filtered / spring water IS “medical grade” + ALWAYS in glass or stainless steel (ditch the PLASTIC hormone-disrupting nonsense). Practice YOUR RIGHTS! The guy in line tried to guilt trip me for it. I told him I have a condition. He doesn’t need to know. Fly safe. Fly healthy.

Certainly. Enhanced vitamin D3 synthesis, melanin production, mitochondrial stimulation, increase in nitric oxide, leydig cell sperm production,… all which can increase testosterone & fertility. 2-5 min a day in direct sun is all you need, or red light therapy 10-20 min on the taint & balls

Even though it takes a gallon of water to grow just one almond—and over 80 almonds to make a single gallon of almond milk. Logic. Real, natural food works with nature. Industrial crops? Not so much.

I refuse to work out under hyper-stimulating, overwhelming blue lights with stagnant air & mainstream music. All I need is my body (in organic cotton underwear only ofc), Mozart, a band or two, bare feet, a pair of dumbbells, direct sunshine and a jug of raw milk.
