You don’t say “I’m gonna squat 1000lbs” and walk up the the rack. You gotta work up to that. Same goes for sunlight. If you’re pale as a ghost, you don’t want to just run outside in the middle of summer and say you’re gonna get a tan. You have to build that sun callus. Only 0.3% of cancer is melanoma. The sun isn’t causing “cancer”. It’s your lack of awareness of working your way up. image

Gamify your exercise to make it sustainable. Not dreadful. Kinda like how I spent the past hour+ sweating my arse off shoveling snow for my fam. Jammed to good music, got rotational fascia-opening movements in, lifted with the hips. Feeling righteous & proud of the clearing.

Anytime we label ourselves as “sick” when we have undesirable symptoms — it’s always a detox reaction, whether it be spiritual or physical. It’s just our bodies way of releasing toxins in the bloodstream, from the crevices and canals of deep tissue, causing that unsettled “sick” feeling. Whether it be nausea, coughing, mucus, or chills/fever. It’s the body trying to create homeostasis. Symbiosis. Change your view; symptoms are a positive shift in energy. It’s a detox response in disguise, helping you clear what isn’t serving you.

You need to be bone broth-maxxing to live with a happy gut, & help your skin age like raw kefir in an Amish pantry. Too much methionine is no bueno for your cells, lacing your body in inflammation, making your skin leathery overtime. Jesus wants you to get the sacred collagen in, rich in glycine, to balance that amino out. A couple cups a day shall do, or enjoy yummy gelatin gummies.

FYI at any moment in time they can just start cranking up the intensity of these EMFs emitted from these cell towers to your phone. They have already been doing this on & off these past years (2020*). Case in point: detach from the radiator you’re holding and ground in nature.
