GM, a busy start. Pulled pork in the slow cooker, chicken curry on the hob, ghee made, collard greens in the instant pot.
Fam is ill so no church today.
What are we all up to?

The truth is you need little to no supplements if you're eating natural food.
I had an advert on Facebook for a fibre supplement that said the following:
"Things youβd need to eat to hit your daily fibre target from one source:
π Sweet potatoes (skin on): 8
π Bananas: 10
π Apples: 8
π§
Onions: 20
π₯ Avocados: 3
π« Blueberries: 8x cups
π₯ Chia seeds: 6x table spoons
π« Lentils: 2 cups (400g)
π Wholemeal bread: 15 slices"
By making it one source they make it look really hard.
In reality, the world around us contains all the things we need, in the right quantities to be healthy. It isn't HARD to get your daily fibre. The below will net you over the recommended amount of fibre:
π 1 Sweet Potato (3.75g)
π 1 Banana (3g)
π 1 Apple (3.75g)
π§
1 Onion (1.5g)
π₯ 1 Avocado (10g)
π« 1 cup Blueberries (3.75g)
π₯ 1 tbsp Chia Seed (5g)
Bonus points for the above that non of it contains inflammatory causing grains like the fibre bombs the food industry tries to push.
Before you reach for a supplement, ask yourself, what changes to my diet could I make first?

Just got rid of my self-hosted git server. Don't really need it, just have bare repos on my homeserver that I ssh push/pull from now.

GM,
Just over a week before I turn 31. 30 hasnβt turned out like Iβd hoped but I also had to remind myself of what Iβve done already.
Married, 3 kids, own a house, ahead in my career.
I hoped that I would go self employed this last year and work on my own terms.
Feel far from that yet but hope 31 is the year it happens.
The key is discipline, something I lack a lot of.

GM, spinach and cheese frittata for breakfast today.
Meant to be church but kids and wife are ill.
Have a good day all

I foresee a future where a nation state that holds a substantial amount of Bitcoin can effectively avoid being invaded by threat of destroying their private keys

What makes Nostr a builderβs paradise is that there is no barrier to entry.
No need to register to get access to an API.
No card details to put in to be charged for credits.
You just build stuff and it works.

NVIDIA monopolising the AI chip space is a really bad deal at the moment. When it becomes easier to more widely produce chips that will be a huge economic opportunity.
