31 years old today. Not sure how I feel about it. I think I could have done more this past year but also need to know my limitations

Busy day in the garden.
Kale, spinach, green beans, courgettes, butternut squash, cucumbers and sunflowers started.
Carrots put directly into raised beds alongside some of the strawberry plants coming back to life.
Also bought a blueberry bush, raspberry canes and an apple tree to start this year. All seem to be coming on well.
Need to look at getting some better slug, aphid and caterpillar deterrents this. They are the bane of my raised beds. Considering some of the really fine mesh but putting a frame together with it has been challenging

No internet here since yesterday apart from cellular.
Homeserver is ticking over providing the TV.
Moments like this are good for helping me identify gaps where we would need to prepare better.
Communication is one gap thatβs missing.
Iβve heard about bitchat/mesh but never really looked into it. Are there any good primers on what needs to be setup?
@Juraj Iβve seen you post some stuff

Fresh cup of chicken bone broth to round the day out.
More people should make bone broth, if you have a pressure cooker you can make some in 2 hours.

Homeschoolers/educators, do you know of any good self hosted resources?
I know thereβs Kiwix and Kolibri.
My son loves geography at the moment and want to give him the opportunity to look at something like an online atlas. Would be cool if it could be self hosted.
Also want to hear what other resources people would suggest outside of geography

On Nostr there are only edge lords out the nicest people youβll ever meet.
There is no in between
GM, a busy start. Pulled pork in the slow cooker, chicken curry on the hob, ghee made, collard greens in the instant pot.
Fam is ill so no church today.
What are we all up to?

The truth is you need little to no supplements if you're eating natural food.
I had an advert on Facebook for a fibre supplement that said the following:
"Things youβd need to eat to hit your daily fibre target from one source:
π Sweet potatoes (skin on): 8
π Bananas: 10
π Apples: 8
π§
Onions: 20
π₯ Avocados: 3
π« Blueberries: 8x cups
π₯ Chia seeds: 6x table spoons
π« Lentils: 2 cups (400g)
π Wholemeal bread: 15 slices"
By making it one source they make it look really hard.
In reality, the world around us contains all the things we need, in the right quantities to be healthy. It isn't HARD to get your daily fibre. The below will net you over the recommended amount of fibre:
π 1 Sweet Potato (3.75g)
π 1 Banana (3g)
π 1 Apple (3.75g)
π§
1 Onion (1.5g)
π₯ 1 Avocado (10g)
π« 1 cup Blueberries (3.75g)
π₯ 1 tbsp Chia Seed (5g)
Bonus points for the above that non of it contains inflammatory causing grains like the fibre bombs the food industry tries to push.
Before you reach for a supplement, ask yourself, what changes to my diet could I make first?

Just got rid of my self-hosted git server. Don't really need it, just have bare repos on my homeserver that I ssh push/pull from now.
