I can't wait to a world where I don't need to have anything to do with them They made me, and my 90 years old grandpa wait for two hours, to fix something that were their mistake in the first place. It's the third time, and this is for him to take my decease grandmother's pension (here in Brazil if your spouse is retired and dies, you receive their pension for as long as you live). It's already a heart breaking situation, since he lost the woman he lived with for 70 years (I know, impressive). Why they need to make it harder????? It's not the only time where he had to waste hours in line for bureaucracy sake.
